residences / boutique hospitality / quiet renewals

Silence. Light. Mass.

The office develops premium private homes, boutique hospitality settings, and quiet renewals where proportion, material intelligence, and restraint matter more than display.

Publicly, the work is shown through typologies and material studies rather than names, addresses, or client narratives.

Studio

Exact. Quiet. Enduring.

Each decision is tested against the same standard: will the space age with dignity, will the function remain lucid, and will the material still feel exact twenty years from now.

discretion

Names, addresses, and private scenarios stay private. Communication starts with a brief, not with publicity.

material discipline

Stone, timber, patinated metal, and mineral surfaces matter more here than novelty or decorative volume.

local context

Ukrainian climate, urban rhythm, structural limits, and the building's existing resource shape the architecture from the first move.

Works

Three spatial studies.

private residence

House of Silence

south-facing terrain / private commission / concept to detail

The architecture is built around mass, measured openings, and the controlled arrival of light. Nothing performs; everything is calibrated.

  • deep overhangs replace decorative drama
  • stone envelope with warm interior surfaces
  • daylight governs the rhythm of the plan

boutique hospitality

Courtyard of Light

boutique hospitality / private format / slow rhythm

Hospitality is treated not as spectacle but as atmosphere: dark mineral surfaces, warm metal, water, and carefully moderated light held within one quiet sequence.

  • the courtyard works as the centre of gravity
  • bronze appears only as an accent, never as a theme
  • movement is tuned for privacy and acoustic calm

renewal

Renewed Memory

existing structure / delicate intervention / new domestic rhythm

Renewal here means respect for what already exists. The new plan does not compete with the former order; it clarifies it.

  • new technical layers disappear inside clean geometry
  • daylight is carried deep inside without excess opening
  • materials are chosen to age with the existing structure

Process

Four steps. No noise.

01

Context

Site, sun, mass, existing structure, privacy regime, neighboring conditions, and budget are gathered into one clear framework.

02

Concept

Planning logic, spatial hierarchy, opening rhythm, and material order are established as one coherent proposition.

03

Detail system

The idea is translated into junctions, finishes, lighting, built-in elements, and consultant coordination without losing restraint.

04

Delivery

During execution, the office intervenes only where precision must be protected: proportion, material continuity, and the original intent.
